The Mystery Of Tony Crocker's Long Sleeves Is Solved

With Oklahoma's increased national attention as a result of their top 5 ranking, you may or may not have noticed that Oklahoma's Tony Crocker wears long sleeves under his jersey while playing shooting guard for the Sooners. This has been a mystery for some time as there appeared to be no definative reason for wearing long sleeves. You would think that wearing long sleeves would hinder him when shooting by limiting his range of motion, but it doesn't. I can't think of any other player, College or Pro, that wears long sleeves under their jersey. Finally, one reporter from the Tulsa World worked up the courage to ask him after their game against Coppin State yesterday. Crocker's response was that he suffers from a condition that slows his ability to stay warm. Simple. I thought the reason would have to do with some superstition that he plays better with long sleeves or something. Well it wasn't a Shurlock Holmes mystery or anything but we finally have an answer. Maybe he'll start a fad and players around the country will start wearing long sleeves, well probably not.

Candace Parker wore a long-sleeved shirt at Tennessee after she seperated her shoulder.

C-Jo, I believe the article was about sports that people care about and watch; not women's basketball. So an appropriate one to mention might be Iverson's sort of long sleeve thing on one arm; see people will get my reference because Iverson plays a real sport.

Anonymous, they both play the same sport, moron.

But yeah, AI, Kobe and a lot of other NBA players where a single sleeve on one or both of their arms.

Matt, you should be careful to call someone a moron when you don't know the difference between "where" (as in - where is your brain?) and "wear" (as in - you should have to wear a sign that says moron). As a side note, I don't think many people watch women's basketball. It's like saying Carmen Electra and Kathie Bates are both women. True, but who are we watching?

Okay, so you've made your point about women's basketball being less popular than men's. But in the process, you've also proven yourself to be an enormous douchebag. Was it worth it?

Haha women and sports shouldn't even be mentioned in same sentence.

Wow I have just realized you are a complete sexist... and an asshole. Oh and women's basketball has just been mentioned in the same sentance.
